The Reverso is one of the most recognizable watches in the industry. It was introduced in 1931 and was originally designed for polo players who needed a watch that could withstand impact. The solution was a case that pivots and slides within a fixed carriage, allowing the watch head to be flipped over and protected by a plain steel back. The dial has been professionally refinished in Europe, faithfully reproducing the original silver color, font, print layout, and the REVERSO text at 12 o'clock. The hands are original and period correct. The serial number is clearly visible and intact, and the case carries an engraving dated 1929, suggesting it was likely given as a gift around the time of purchase.

The manual winding movement was serviced in March 2026 and is keeping accurate time. The watch comes on a new aftermarket 17mm brown calf leather strap.
